Review note

TNIZOS still needs to confirm its legal entity and data controller, legal bases, retention and deletion process, service providers and transfers, and the privacy rules for minors. These open points are described below; this page does not claim universal legal compliance.

Information the app can handle

When you create an account, the account system uses your name and email address. It also keeps authentication records needed for sign-in, email verification and sessions. Session records can include an expiry time, IP address and browser user-agent when available. The system may also keep account and access-role status.

The account profile asks for one or more roles (parent, player or coach) and age. Role contexts are stored with the account. Coach profiles can contain a biography, specialties, junior coaching range, location and training formats. Player profiles can contain an age band, playing level, location, preferred playing times, interests and a discovery preference.

The tracking workspace lets an account enter practice dates, focus and reflections; development-goal titles, target and current values and units; and competition names, dates and preparation notes.

The community interest list stores a parent email separately from a product account. It also saves the consent text, language, version and timestamp for the signup. Joining does not create an account, membership or reserved place. If you email or call TNIZOS, the team may receive the contact details and message you choose to provide; the inbox handling and retention for those communications need confirmation.

How information is handled

The app stores account and tracking records in its application database. Private practice, goal, competition and profile requests are tied to the signed-in account in the app. The player-profile screen offers a discovery preference that is off by default; the scope, audience and effect of opting in must be confirmed before that feature is described as public sharing.

A waitlist signup and its consent evidence are stored together in the application database. The app also attempts to record the signup in the company dashboard; if that does not work, it attempts to send a notification to the company inbox. These are notifications to TNIZOS, not confirmation or invitation emails to the person who signed up. The waitlist does not currently create a product account.

The app includes a page-view beacon. When configured, it stores a random visitor identifier in browser local storage and sends that identifier with a page-load request to a Polsia analytics endpoint. The exact analytics purpose, retention, access, consent basis and opt-out settings must be confirmed.

The interface indicates that information supports account access, the tracking features you use, coach or player profiles, optional player discovery and the community interest list. TNIZOS must confirm the exact purposes and applicable legal bases for each use before treating this list as complete.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to join the interest list, and you can leave it blank. To withdraw your interest and request removal from the list, email tnizos@polsia.app. You can edit tracking entries and profile fields through the workspace where those controls are available, and switch among the roles saved on your account. The player discovery preference starts off; you can change it in the player-profile screen.

You can sign out of your account. The app does not document an automatic account-deletion control or a retention schedule. To ask about access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, email tnizos@polsia.app. Which rights apply, how requests are verified and how quickly they are handled depends on applicable law and still needs a published process.

Accounts, age and children

The signup flow asks for one or more roles and an age, and asks the person creating the account to confirm that the age is accurate. The app has parent, player and coach account roles and includes player age bands for under-18 users.

The repository does not establish a minimum account age, a parent or guardian consent process, or how a guardian can exercise rights for a child. TNIZOS must confirm and publish those rules before intentionally onboarding children. Parents and guardians should review the service with a young player; that suggestion is not a substitute for the missing policy.

Retention, deletion and service providers

No retention period, backup deletion cycle or automatic deletion schedule is documented in the app. How long each category is kept, including after an account closes or a waitlist request is withdrawn, needs confirmation.

The app uses its account and database services and a Polsia email integration for waitlist notifications. The repository does not establish the providers’ full legal names, where data is stored, which subprocessors receive it, or what safeguards apply to international transfers. TNIZOS must publish those details after confirming them.

Security and legal questions

The app includes sign-in, account-scoped requests for private tracking data and protections for requests that change data. Those code-level features are not an independent security audit and do not establish encryption, backup, incident-response or certification claims. TNIZOS must confirm which security statements it can support.

The appropriate controller identity, purposes and legal bases, analytics and cookie requirements, international transfers, children’s privacy rules and data-retention duties can depend on where you live and how the service is offered. They remain for owner and jurisdiction-specific legal review.
