This page explains what TNIZOS can and cannot confirm about ownership, permissions and material shared through the service.
TNIZOS materials
The site and app contain the TNIZOS name and logo, software, page text, design elements, images and coaching-related material. The records reviewed do not establish which legal person owns each item or whether any item is licensed from someone else.
This page does not claim that TNIZOS owns every item displayed, and it does not grant permission to copy, publish, adapt or commercially reuse TNIZOS material. Confirm the rights holder and obtain permission or follow the applicable license before reuse.
Your submissions
You may enter practice reflections, goals, competition notes and profile information. The app stores these in account-linked records. A player profile has an optional discovery setting that starts off; the exact audience and sharing behavior need confirmation.
The current records do not state who owns user-submitted material or what license TNIZOS needs to store, display or process it to provide the service. No ownership transfer or broad reuse permission is claimed here. TNIZOS must publish those terms before using submissions for publication, promotion, training or another purpose outside providing the requested feature.
Third-party material
Images, fonts, software, coaching resources and other material may belong to third parties or be available under specific licenses. The repository does not contain a complete verified rights and attribution register for all displayed material.
Do not assume that material may be copied or reused because it appears on the site. Check the identified rights holder and license, and follow any permission or attribution conditions that apply.
Questions or permission requests
If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, or you want to ask about permission, contact tnizos@polsia.app with the page or item and the rights information you can provide. This contact route does not establish the identity of the legal rights holder; that information still needs confirmation.
