The service and free core tracking

The current pricing information describes core account and tracking features as free for parents and coaches, and most core tracking as free for players. The workspace includes practice notes, development goals and competition tracking, with player and coach profile features.

The public site also describes coaching and other software ideas. A page or description does not itself confirm that a particular coaching service or proposed feature is available, or create a booking. In-person sessions are arranged by inquiry; the site does not take an online booking or payment for them.

Accounts and age

The signup form asks for a name, email, one or more roles and age, and asks the person creating the account to confirm that the age is accurate. You are responsible for using the account in a lawful way and for keeping your sign-in details private.

The app does not establish a minimum account age or a verified parent/guardian consent process. TNIZOS must set those rules before intentionally onboarding minors. Do not treat this notice as a statement that a child may independently enter a binding contract.

Paid features, subscriptions and payments

Paid add-ons are not approved offers. Their names or descriptions on the pricing page are proposals only; exact prices, currency, availability and included limits have not been approved. The app reviewed for this notice contains no checkout or payment flow, and no paid entitlement is needed for the core tracking described above.

There is no subscription, recurring payment, renewal or payment authorization established by these terms. If TNIZOS offers paid features later, the purchase screen and contract must first state the feature, total price and currency, applicable taxes, whether and how often a payment repeats, renewal and cancellation rules, payment provider, and how access ends.

Digital content, delivery, cancellation and refunds

The repository reviewed for this notice contains no authoritative digital-content or personalized-PDF offer, checkout, order record or delivery flow. No digital item is being sold through this app by these terms.

No purchase-specific cancellation, refund, delivery or withdrawal terms have been confirmed. A future offer must explain what is delivered and when, how to cancel or withdraw, how to request a refund, and which statutory rights apply before payment. Swedish distance-selling and digital-content withdrawal questions have been flagged for review; this notice assumes no exception, waiver or loss of rights.

Coaching arrangements are separate from the free tracking account. The public FAQ describes digital coaching as two hours of one-to-one coaching, text and phone support, and videos with the coach. The site also describes in-person coaching. A specific offer’s price, booking confirmation, delivery details, cancellation rules and refund terms must be agreed and shown before a customer commits. An inquiry alone is not a confirmed session.

Your information and materials

You choose what practice reflections, goals, competition notes and profile details to enter. Do not submit information or materials that you are not permitted to share. The app has no confirmed terms assigning ownership of user submissions or granting TNIZOS a license to use them beyond operating the service. Those terms must be confirmed before broader use, publication or sharing.

The ownership and reuse permissions for the TNIZOS name, software, website content, images, coaching materials and third-party materials are not fully verified. See the copyright information page. No broad transfer of rights is stated here.

Availability, responsibility and support

The app does not publish a service-level guarantee, uptime promise, coaching outcome guarantee or complete limitation-of-liability terms. TNIZOS must review and publish any terms it intends to rely on, subject to mandatory law.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are intended to be governed by Swedish law to the extent that choice is permitted. This wording does not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If a mandatory rule gives you a right or forum that cannot be changed by contract, that rule continues to apply.

The appropriate court, dispute process and any country-specific distance-selling, digital-content, withdrawal, subscription or minor-consent requirements need review for each market where TNIZOS offers the service. No claim of universal legal compliance is made.
